I am a passionate advocate for neurodivergent people. This was born out of my own experience of dyslexia and ADHD. My focus has been on improving the experience of neurodivergent student radiographers and also of healthcare students more widely. By giving talks on this topic, I have been approached by lecturers, practice educators and student liaison radiographers who are committed to providing support but uncertain how to help the neurodiverse student body. This was the inspiration for this article and I also hope that it demonstrates my passion for disability equity.
